Appointments
At your first appointment/consultation we will inform you of the treatment costs.
Based on your dental records we can assess the expected costs.
What to bring on a first appointment:
- valid ID
- insurance card
- any referral
- certain disease or medications can affect the treatment. Therefore we ask you to bring a list of medications when taken
Treatment takes place by appointment only. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately we are forced to charge fees for non-fulfillment, late cancellation/postponing of your appointment.
